In our team we let humour blossom, but we approach the quality of our work with the seriousness it deserves. Our motto is: we do what we promise!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The work is carried out according to the client\u2019s quality guidelines. If the client has not provided any quality guidelines, the work is performed in accordance with the recommendations of good forestry practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our working area covers the whole of Finland<\/strong>. Crews of 4\u20137 forest workers can relocate wherever work is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRAINING OF OUR WORKERS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our workers are Finnish forestry professionals. Most of them have attended at the Selkola Forestry School in Finland. All our employees have received induction in Finland regarding PEFC and FSC quality requirements. We are also a member of KMY. Most of our forest workers have carried out silvicultural work in Finland for 5\u201310 years \u2014 plenty of experience!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Occupational safety and compliance with regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

KaiKal Palvelut Oy and all subcontractor personnel must be familiar with the applicable Finnish labour legislation, forestry occupational safety regulations and the binding collective agreement for the forestry sector, and must commit to complying with them. Work is performed in accordance with the above regulations, and appropriate protective and safety equipment is used. Machines and equipment used must be kept in the condition required by occupational safety regulations and by the manufacturers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our forest workers hold valid Occupational Safety Cards and First Aid Certificates, and occupational health care is arranged through Euromedfin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
